Human Resources Information Services
The Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) team is responsible for the support and maintenance of South Texas College’s HR systems. They are charged with automating processes, providing reports, processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades and maintaining data integrity. They also oversee the development and implementation of new and revised College and departmental procedures based on the thorough and careful analysis of HR data and reports.
In addition to this, HRIS serves as the Office of Human Resources' Analytics and Data liaison to Finance and Administrative Services, Institutional Support Services, Public Relations and Marketing, and the Payroll Department.
HRIS strives to ensure data integrity by establishing consistent and actionable processes and procedures.

- Performance Appraisal (Multi-service)
- Administrative Organizational chart
- The Human Resources and Careers websites
- Records and Archival systems for Employee files
- The HR component of Argos reporting tool
