Mandatory Trainings
As part of our mission at South Texas College, the Office of Human Resources strives to provide an informed working environment that promotes excellence through talent development and training. Employees are required to complete a series of training modules every Academic Year. Employees will receive an email notification to complete the following online training modules from Vector Solutions.
Training Schedule:
2023 – 2024 Academic Year
- Non-faculty Staff members: August 2023 – September 2023
- Faculty members: October 2023 – December 2023
- New hires: Complete within 90 Days of start date

- I completed these trainings last year. Do I have to complete them again?
Yes, trainings are completed on a yearly basis.
- I never received an email to complete the trainings. What do I do?
Please notify the Office of Human Resources at HR_Trainings@southtexascollege.edu. You may also login using the following link: https://southtexascollegehr-tx.safecolleges.com/login.
- What information do I use to login?
Please use your JagNet credentials to login to the training platform.
- Do part-time employees also have to complete these trainings?
Yes, all full-time and part-time employees must complete the assigned trainings.
- I completed my trainings. Who do I send my certificates of completion to?
Vector Solutions records all course completions so sending certificates of completion is not necessary. Please ensure all modules are marked “complete” as you finish the trainings.
