Medical Insurance Plans
We offer two types of medical coverage for all benefit eligible employees. The plan options include a Point of Service Plan (PSO) and a High Deductible Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) with an integrated Health Savings Account (HSA). Both plans are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX).

Point of Service Plan, HealthSelect of Texas
- A Primary Care Physician (PCP) must be chosen to receive in-network benefits. More than 50,000 doctors and providers are eligible for selection.
- Referrals required for specialists.
- No annual medical deductible for in-network services.
- 100% coverage on preventive services.
- $25 co-payment for PCP visit.
- Copays and coinsurances apply.
- Annual out of pocket maximum.
High Deductible Preferred Provider Organization, Consumer Directed HealthSelect
- No PCP (Primary Care Physician) required.
- No referrals needed for Specialists.
- Employer contributions to Health Savings Account.
- High deductible plan.
- Full cost of services until annual deductible is met.
- Annual out of pocket maximum.
Prescription Drug Program
Prescription drug coverage is administered by OptumRx. Coverage for maintenance and non-maintenance medication is available. The program offers a mail service for routine medication.
Discount Purchase Program
Participation in the Discount Purchase Program is available to benefit eligible employees and their immediate families. Provides an array of discounts on products ranging from theme park passes to dining and grocery.
